THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 Booking/Acceptance

1.1 Rudolf’s Travel Experiences accepts a booking on the understanding that full payment has been collected and held either by Rudolf’s Travel Experiences, or by an authorized agent on the behalf of Rudolf’s Travel Experiences.

1.2 On confirmation of your booking, subject to availability and at Rudolf’s Travel Experiences discretion, Rudolf’s Travel Experiences will reserve your place on your selected tour. It is your responsibility, as the customer, to check the accuracy of your booking and travel dates.

1.2 Bookings are non transferable. The booking can only be used by the passenger to whom the booking was made, no other person can use the booking in any circumstances.

1.3 In our drive to be environmentally friendly a paper copy of the ticket is not necessarily but you will be required to produce your valid passport or photo identity card before joining a tour.

1.4 There is no travel insurance cover included the booking price.

1.5 All prices are quoted in Euros

2 Cancellations/Amendments
All cancellations/amendments and possible associated refunds must be requested from the place in which the original booking was made, either the authorized agent or direct from Rudolf’s Travel Experiences. All bookings are refundable/amendable up until 24 hours prior to the start of the tour. In case of a cancellation a 25 euro administration fee per booking will be charged, and the rest of booking fee will be refunded. If a cancellation/amendment is received less than 24 hours before the tour no amendment is possible and no refund is given. In the case of cancellations/amendments requested directly to Rudolf’s Travel Experiences, all cancellations/amendments must be received in writing.

3 No Shows
Should a passenger fail to show for a booked and confirmed tour, no refund shall be possible. No Shows are deemed to be passengers who fail to be present at the pickup place and time associated with their booking.

4 Age Restrictions
The services provided by Rudolf’s Travel Experiences have been designed for travellers aged 18 years and over with the style and operation specifically designed for independent travellers. This fact should be recognised when you book. Passengers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

5 Changes by us
Prices in the brochure/website are subject to change, please check the current price at booking. Any increase in price will be notified to our authorized agents, on our website, and in our sales outlets. Rudolf’s Travel Experiences will endeavor to remove all out of date promotional material but cannot be held responsible for out of date information. Rudolf’s Travel Experiences reserves the right to vary, modify or cancel any tour, either part or wholly. If this is necessary, Rudolf’s Travel Experiences will substitute alternative arrangements of comparable value, or at our discretion provide a full refund. We reserve the right to alter the size of the vehicle we use on a tour at any time.

6 Group/Bespoke tours
Specific cancellation terms apply to Group/Bespoke tours. Please contact Rudolf’s Travel Experiences to obtain information on cancellation terms for Group/Bespoke tours.

7 No Smoking Policy
Rudolf’s Travel Experiences operates a No Smoking policy on all its vehicles.

8 Alcohol
No alcohol is to be consumed on any Rudolf’s Travel Experiences scheduled tours at any time under any circumstances. Rudolf’s Travel Experiences reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse to carry any passenger who either ignores this condition, or is intoxicated to the extent that the other passenger’s enjoyment of the tour is impaired or safety is compromised.

9 Loss / Damage
Rudolf’s Travel Experiences shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or consequential upon, directly or indirectly, and the abandonment of, delay in departure or delay during any trip however caused.

10 Liabilities
To the extent permitted by law, Rudolf’s Travel Experiences will not be liable for the sickness, injury or death to any of our passengers, loss of or damage to any personal effects, whether caused by Rudolf’s Travel Experiences negligence or otherwise, and in the making of a booking to indemnify Rudolf’s Travel Experiences against liability to any person on whose behalf such travel was booked or such ticket was purchased.

11 Right of Refusal
Rudolf’s Travel Experience is not a common carrier and reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger, luggage or goods without giving any reason.

12 Weather Conditions
Under no circumstances can Rudolf’s Travel Experiences be held responsible for weather conditions, nor can any booking be cancelled or amended by you at any time on the basis of weather conditions.

13 Your Responsibilities

13.1 Any medical condition or physical condition requiring attention or treatment must be advised in writing to Rudolf’s Travel Experiences when you make the booking.

13.2 You are responsible for all travel arrangements and costs to/from the point of commencement/conclusion of your Rudolf’s Travel Experiences tour.

13.3 You agree that Rudolf’s Travel Experiences representatives may take photographs and films of you while you are a passenger and these may be used in our brochures, websites and/or advertising and publicity material without obtaining any further consent or payment in respect of such photographs and/or films.

13.4 You agree that Rudolf’s Travel Experiences may use any text written in our comments books recorded in our customer surveys, in our brochures, website and/or advertising and publicity material without obtaining any further consent or payment in respect of comments.

13.5 Should you have any complaint in respect of Rudolf’s Travel Experiences, you should inform the Rudolf’s Travel Experiences Driver/Representative at the time. If the matter cannot be resolved by the Driver/Representative during your travels, your complaint should be made in writing to Rudolf’s Travel Experiences as soon as is reasonably possible after the tours, but within 28 days thereof so that your complaint can be investigated. Rudolf’s Travel Experiences will not consider any claims after the 28-day period.

14 3rd Party service providers
Where the services of another 3rd party service provider is provided for in the ticket it is agreed and understood that Rudolf’s Travel Experiences is acting only as an agent for the passenger to arrange such services and accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any default of that 3rd party service provider.

15 Use of your information
When transmitting your personal information over the Internet, you should remember that the Internet is not a secure environment. Any personal information you transmit to Rudolf’s Travel Experiences or provide through a 3rd party may be used by Rudolf’s Travel Experiences to provide information to you about the full range of products and services offered by Rudolf’s Travel Experiences and our related companies, as well as to assist Rudolf’s Travel Experiences to create a statistical picture of our customers. Rudolf’s Travel Experiences will not sell, publish or give away your information. Information about you provided to Rudolf’s Travel Experiences can be used by us and our related companies and our suppliers to carry out our business.
