How do I book my tour?
There are several ways to book your Rudolf City Experience tour:

  • Use our simple online booking system to book yourself (and your friends) on Rudolf's tours.
  • Let your hotel/hostel book for you.
  • You can also call us on +358 (0)50 307 5000 to book your tour.


How do I pay?

That depends on how you book your tour:

  • When booking online, you can pay with a credit card. We take Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard and American Express.
  • If you've booked using your phone, we accept bank cards, Visa electron, Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard and American Express
  • Last minute bookings can be accepted on the bus where we accept Cash, bank cards, Visa electron, Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard and American Express.
  • Reception bookings should always be paid to the hotel/hostel.

Where do the tours leave from?
Rudolf's tours pick passengers up from three locations before the start of the tour. Pick-up locations and their addresses are the following (also see the map).

Pick-up point 1: Eurohostel, Linnankatu 9
What's near? The market place, Viking Lines ferry terminal, the Uspenski Russian Orthodox Cathedral

Pick-up point 2: Mannerheim Statue, Mannerheiminaukio 2
What's near? The main railway station, the main Post Office, the Parliament, the Kiasma museum

Pick-up point 3: Olympic Stadium Tower, Paavo Nurmentie 1
What's near? The Olympic Stadium, the National Opera


When do the tours start?
Each tour has its individual pick-up times from our three pick-up points.

Can I change/cancel my booking?

Yes, as long as you do it 24 hours before the tour starts. To do so contact us at info@rudolfcity.com and include your reservation number in your email.

Note that we can only provide refunds for tours cancelled up until 24 hours before the start of the tour. Also, note that an administration fee of 25 euros per booking will be charged on all cancellations.

What services does Rudolf's City Experience provide?
We mostly do day tours in southern Finland starting from Helsinki. We also do some week long winter tours to Lapland.


Can I book my flights/hotel/etc. through you?
It will be more cost efficient for you to book your flights, accommodation etc. via Expedia, Orbitz, Hostelling International Finland, or other such internet services.


What language are your tour on?
Our regular, scheduled tours are all held in English. On request we also arrange tours for groups in Finnish, Swedish, Russian, French, Italian, German. Other languages on special requests.


What about groups?
We arrange day tours for groups of 10+ people. Groups can request one of our regular tours or a tailored tour to suit their individual needs. We arrange tours for groups in English, Finnish, Swedish, Russian, French, Italian, German. Other languages on special requests.

Where does Rudolf live?

Mostly, he wanders free in the forest playing with his friends, but a few times a week he comes down to Helsinki to show people the best parts of Finland!
