Cancellations Page
You have the possibility of changing or cancelling your Rudolf tour at any time. However, note that cancellations are refundable only 24 hours before the tour starts. This means by 11:00am the previous day for the Porvoo & Sauna Experience or8:30am for the Turku & Archipelago Experience.
If you've used our online booking system, changing or cancelling your booking is easy. All you need is to know the reservation number that was sent with your confirmation email.

If you've booked using your phone, call +358 (0)50 307 5000 to change your booking.
If you've booked through your hotel/hostel reception, then contact them to change your booking.
